1. General provisions
This privacy policy describes how CLEARLI Aps processes and cares for personal data. In addition, we would like to inform you about what rights you have when handling your personal data.

2. Personal data in CLEARLI ApS
Clearli collects a variety of information about our patients, as we are obliged to do so in accordance with the Licensing Act, the Record Keeping Ordinance and the Health Act.
We comply with applicable storage and confidentiality rules in accordance with the above laws and regulations. The record-keeping and information sharing of health-sensitive data will also comply with applicable legislation and requirements. Thus, the transmission of health information to external persons outside the clinic will not be possible without your prior consent. cf. chapter 9 of the Health Act.
We collect and use certain information about you for billing purposes, if this is necessary in order to make a payment for the clinic's treatment of you, e.g. through your region, municipality or insurance company.

3.1 You have the right to access your personal dataYou have the right to be informed at any time what data we hold about you, where it originates and what we use it for. You can also be informed about how long we keep your personal data and who we may have passed the data to. However, access may be restricted for reasons of privacy protection of other persons or societal interests, such as crime prevention.
3.2 You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or deletedIf you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. You must contact us and inform us about the nature of the inaccuracies and how they can be rectified. In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete or restrict the use of your personal data. If you believe that your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, you can ask to have it deleted.
